The Anderson Valley in Mendocino County is a 120 miles drive from San Francisco to Boonville. Boonville is the main town in the Anderson Valley. The wineries in Anderson Valley specialize in Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Alsatian varieties. Other varieties of wines are also available. Tasting room fees are generally low.
