The wines match the elegance of the winery. The Pinot Noir wines are outstanding, but so are the other varietals of wine made at Byington. If you have the chance, plan your trip around a picnic lunch. It is so pretty and serene at Byington; it is the perfect way to rejuvenate the spirit.
