Wine picnic basket for the wine geek
When wine geeks go to wine country, they always want to enjoy a picnic lunch in the vineyards. What could be more fun? It is relaxing, calming, and rejuvenating.
You need the proper items for enjoying a wine picnic. Number one is a wine picnic basket with all the goodies needed for a first-class picnic. Second, proper wine. This means wine that goes with the lunch and, most importantly, wine purchased from the winery where you are picnicking.
We fixed one of our regular backpacks with all the fixings. Cloth napkins, table cloth, corkscrew, wine glasses, and utensils are safely packed in our backpack. We also include a small, sharp knife and cutting board. It is easy to store and carry whenever we travel to the wine country.
