On the hunt for Fall colors in wine country

November is Fall color month in wine country. Nothing is more lovely than the sight of a patch work of vineyards turning various colors. The best places to hunt for Fall colors in wine country are the backroads. We have a list of the best backroads in wine country and, if you follow any of those in November, you are sure to spot some beautiful Autumn views. I love the Napa Valley but, if it is Fall colors you are interested in, I think you have a better chance in Sonoma County, particularly in the Russian River area. Try the Westside Road, Eastside Road and Walling Road. We also love the ride from Calistoga to Healdsburg through Knights Valley and along Highway 128 in the Alexander Valley. What spectacular views such as the one above in the photo!

Please add your favorite wine country fall color road in our comment section. We love finding new places to explore.
