Lunch at Angele in Napa

santenay-angeleWe stopped in at Angele in Napa for lunch on Monday of this week. Angele Restaurant and Bar is a very fun and popular French-style bistro in downtown Napa. No earthquake damage here, thank goodness. There were four of us, and we each ordered something different: The Croque Monsieur, Seafood Pasta, Grilled Salmon, and Fish & Chips. Everything was delicious, including this wonderful bottle of White Burgundy wine. We dined inside, but on nice days we like dining on the Riverfront terrace which looks out on to the Napa River. The Angele Restaurant and Bar has won many foodie awards over the last several years. It continues to be a favorite of the locals and, in particular, the wine industry. If you would like to dine at Angele, we recommend that you make a reservation.
