• Rutherford Passport to Fiesta
In honor of Cinco de Mayo the Rutherford Appellation Wineries will hold their spring passport event, a “Rutherford Passport to Fiesta,” on the weekend of May 5th and 6th. Eleven wineries will offer special tastings and comida to those who purchase a two-day passport for $75 or a Sunday-only passport for $60. Ticket information

• 15th Annual Taste Alexander Valley
Taste Alexander Valley, celebrating its 15th year, will be held May 18, 19 and 20 in Sonoma County’s majestic Alexander Valley appellation. More than 30 wineries will open their vineyards, wineries and tasting rooms for guests to enjoy the latest releases of world class wines from grapes grown in the fertile Alexander Valley. • Lake County Wine Adventure Weekend
The 8th Annual Wine Adventure offers guests the opportunity to explore the re-emerging Wine Country of California's Lake County. On July 28 & 29, from 10 am - 5 pm on Saturday and Sunday, event goers can sample distinct "high-elevation" award-winning wines from over 25 Lake County participating wineries and enjoy tasty hors d'oeuvres and other activities offered at each distinct wine tasting location. • A Taste of Lakeport
The 16th-annual food and wine event, A Taste of Lakeport, will once again pair Lake County wines with food from local purveyors at various locations along seven blocks of Main Street in downtown Lakeport on Friday, August 17, from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Presented by the Lakeport Main Street Association (LMSA), A Taste of Lakeport is a benefit for the revitalization of downtown Lakeport. • Big Crush Harvest Festival
On Oct 6- Oct 7th, 2012 from 10 am to 4 pm, 37 member wineries of the Amador Vintners will host The Big Crush Harvest Wine Festival. November Events in Wine Country

• People's Choice Wine Awards hosted by the Lake County Winery Association
This is "the" premier Wine Competition event showcasing Lake County wines and wines made from Lake County fruit. The People's Choice Wine Awards will once again be held on Saturday, November 3 at the beautiful Langtry Estate & Vineyards.
